If you contact our customer service team, we may record the telephone call or retain the email chain or chat transcript for quality assurance purposes. If you access our Questions and Answers Service, we collect and store your name, email address and information about the relevant jurisdiction and your legal matter or question for quality assurance purposes. ASTRIDE US INC. may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your Postal Code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. ASTRIDE US INC. will not delete customer information except at the customer’s request.

In certain situations, ASTRIDE US INC. provides an API license to business partners so that they may provide certain ASTRIDE US INC. Services through their own websites or applications. In these situations, we may collect, store and disclose to the relevant API partner your personal data in order to allow the API partner to offer our Services and/or its services to you, or for the purpose of sending marketing communications, as permitted by applicable law. 8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

The site is hosted in the United States. Accordingly, by providing your personal information through the site, you consent to the transfer of your personal information from your country of residence to the United States. With respect to transfers of data from the European Economic Area to the US, we self-certify to the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.
